Is PRO for you?
PRO is a paid engagement, not a product tier. You probably want to talk to us if any of the following apply:

Several hundred hosts or more, either on PatchMon Cloud or self-hosted, and “best effort community support” is no longer enough.
You self-host Community Edition and want vendor support
Community Edition is AGPLv3 and runs on your infrastructure. PRO gives you vendor-backed support, upgrade help, and a direct line to engineering without moving to Cloud.
You have compliance, air-gap, or regulated-environment constraints
Government, financial services, restricted networks, or strict audit requirements where a managed SaaS is not an option.
You want a bespoke deployment or custom work

If none of the above apply, PatchMon Cloud self-serve or Community Edition on your own infrastructure is probably the right fit. No gatekeeping.
